I imagine an army of healed, whole, and free Christian women -
Starting with YOU.

When I imagine what we could be, I can't help being excited. Women, in Christ, healed, whole, and free. Just think of the difference there would be in the world, in families, in the church, business, and community.

Then, I think of where we are today.

We are limited as women, in our reach and impact and in our ability to move the Kingdom when we are unhealed, when our identity is fractured, and when we are bound by internal and external lies.

For too long the enemy has taken us out through trauma, abuse, and the lies about who we truly are.

A painful past is an unhealed wound that impacts our daily life and self-image. It causes us to limp rather than run and to tire easily instead of flying like an eagle.

Believing lies about our worth and our callings keep us from accomplishing what God called us to be and do.

Oh, we can still be “successful” as the world sees it, but is life truly a success if you feel like a fraud? Like a failure? Less than? The lies we have believed about our identity have limited us and made us play small when God calls us to a big, big life in Christ.

We say things to ourselves that Christ would never say about us. We allow ourselves to be belittled and degraded by the voice in our head (and all to often by the voices of others) all while pretending that we are fine.

We are not fine if what we think about ourselves doesn’t match what Christ thinks. We are in bondage.

It is time to break free of every lie about us and live our truth in Christ.

We Need to be Healed, Whole, and Free

First, many of us need healing - deep healing for our hearts, minds, and souls. Life has hurt us to our core.

When the past is unhealed, then we are limping through our present - at best. These unhealed places affect how we view ourselves and our world. They impact our impact and lessen our reach.

If healing is what is needed, we have a God that heals completely, permanently, and quickly. As a matter of fact, He routinely does this in one weekend. I have never seen Him fail to bring complete healing in a Weekend Breakthrough.

I know this sounds too good to be true. I understand that this goes against the conventional wisdom, but so does our God. He defies the status quo and laughs at what is said cannot be done.

Who exactly is your God?

Traditional Christian counseling sees Him as unable to fully heal, limited in His abilities to undo what has been done to our hearts and minds. It believes the lie that trauma can never be fully healed. But, how can that be true?

Isn’t He God of the impossible as He says? Isn’t it that nothing is too difficult for Him as He tells us? Either He is truly the omnipotent God and everything He tells us about Himself is true or He isn’t God at all, and we should all find something else to do.

But, if He is all that He says that He is, then complete healing is available to you.

I’ve taken Him up on who He is and what He can do and the result...

...Hundreds have been fully healed...

...Complete freedom from the past has been realized...

...A new, true identity in Christ made real and that more than a conqueror is experienced as reality.

It’s absolutely true.

Settling for anything less than complete healing is to give your enemy the win.

I think we’ve given him too much ground, listened too long to his lies about our worth, and been defeated by him sometimes for decades..

Time to say, “no more!”

Time to take your life back and discover what it is to feel good in your own skin, to believe in yourself and your God-given abilities, and have the courage and strength to live it out.

Don’t believe the lie that trauma is bigger than God’s ability to heal completely and permanently.

Take Him up on His promise to heal the brokenhearted and set the captives free. I have never seen Him fail. Your issues won’t be too big for Him.

If your identity is fractured you can't build solidly upon it

It isn't just trauma that hurts us.

The world has been throwing negative messages at our identity all our lives. Some of it has stuck. This causes us to see ourselves as less than, as not enough, as unworthy, and undeserving. It limits us and makes our lives too small.

We are not whole if we are believing these lies and not living out our true selves.

Those fractures in our identity keep us a unstable in everything we do. It makes us question ourselves, self-sabotage, doubt our abilities, not enjoy our success, and feel like an imposter.

That is no way to live and yet most of us live this way.

You can be made whole. Fractures in our identities can be healed and then, then we get to take off and live as God intended. In the Connected Heart Project, we rebuild our lives from the foundations up.

That removes the internal limitations and makes external success not just possible, but inevitable.

Skills Bring Freedom

A master pianist can play whatever she wants because she has all the basics mastered. That gives her incredible freedom and releases creativity. She can play what she feels because she has learned each skill needed for true freedom.

When we don't have basics skills in how to live a powerful Christian life, we are very limited.

Relationships, boundaries, walking with the Lord, pretty much everything is more difficult if we have not grown in our life skills. We have to play chopsticks at home when we want to be on the stage in Carnegie Hall.

The good news here is that skills can be learned. From business to relationships, from setting boundaries to spiritual growth, there are steps and skills available. In Elevate, Next Level Living, we learn and master a new skill each month. Need to know how to set "Guilt Free Boundaries"? We did that. Want to know "How to Stop People Pleasing"? That was a focus one month. We learn about our God, ourselves, our enemy and how to live with power and purpose every day.

Each month we pick one focus, one skill we need in order to stop living a chopsticks Christian life and prepare to play the song of our lives before the Throne.

The steps to making my Christian life work are doable. It is just a decision that we will learn the skills to have the freedom to play whatever God has for us.

Three steps to a big life in Christ:

First, I get my heart and soul healed. Then I rebuild my identity in Christ. Next, I am intentional in my personal growth. I do that in my life, you do that in yours and then together look out world.

Then we are an army of healed, whole, and free women released to be all and do all that Christ has for us.

Now, imagine that everywhere you go you see these healed, whole, and free women. That is the world I envision and want to live in. Let us determine to be set free to do amazing things for our God.

Healed

The sessions I had with Kim were amazing! She encourages, empathizes and is compassionate. Always pointing us to Christ. God is using Kim in a mighty way no doubt about that and God has truly gifted her with the ability to speak truth in such a short time.

God has gifted Kim with a uniqueness and style all of her own, she is being led by the Spirit and is willing to use her gifts and talents as the Lord leads. Kim radiates the love of Christ and the Holy Spirit within her is very powerful.

Whole

I thanked Our Lord sooooo much for sending you into my life. You saved it...I was at the brink of the pit...

So I asked Our Lord to bless you for all you have done to help me...putting Humpty-Dumpty back together again and for pulling me off the ledge:+)

Free

The first time I heard myself laugh, really laugh, was after the weekend breakthrough with Kim West. Life is supposed to have joy but my abuse had stolen my ability to experience it.

Just one weekend and my life is completely different. I love that we also met weekly for the next two months after the weekend together so that I could learn how to live a healed life. I laugh a lot these days because God has completely healed me from the abuse.
